Scope of work

• Looking for candidates to accompany the team to conquer great technology projects
• Build, expand and maintain the team’s recruitment network
• Research, build and develop a network of recruitment partners
• Assist in the development and completion of the team’s talent development plan
• Developing and perfecting the culture and working environment of the team
• Build and finalize internal team’s process and documentation
• Support Sales Consultant’s team in closing deals with clients

Working form

• Work both onsite and remote
• Onsite: At least 3 hours per day, 5 days per week and weekly meetings
• Slitigenz’s headquarter:  No. 6, lane 88, Cau Giay street, Hanoi, Vietnam
• Remote: Encourage at least 5 hours per week

Skills

• Confident and proactive in communicating and negotiating with others colleagues/interview candidates/partners/etc
• Get into the habit of listening and absorbing the opinions and feedback of others, then provide solution for the problem
• Ability to self-study, self-reading and adapt to changes in work
• Determined and persistent in pursuing the set goals
• Have basic skills in using office softwares and tools (MS Office is required)
• Have a long-term interest and orientation in the field of technology and talent resources
• Good to have knowledge and skills about current Vietnam regulation/law
• Good English communication skills is a plus
• Experienced with same role is a plus
